A1A Condominium Association

1A Condo is a 55 and older group of Seniors who enjoy the peace and serenity of our beautiful NO PET community.

We enjoy many fun-filled, planned activities ranging from golf and bowling, to boccie, shuffleboard, aquatic exercise, weekly Tuesday night cafes, line dance lessons, painting lessons, coffee club, bingo, bunco and various card games such as hand and foot, pinochle and bridge. We also enjoy our beautiful sunrises over the ocean, as well as our spectacular sunsets at the river.
